Which colours can I order?
White, pink, and green. Every colour comes with the same clear charging case and the same price. Pick your colour above the add to cart button.
Do they work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. The Air31 uses standard Bluetooth 5.3, so it pairs with any phone, tablet, or laptop that has Bluetooth. No app needed.
Can I use them in the rain or the shower?
The box rates them as life waterproof, which covers sweat and light rain. Do not swim, shower, or run them under a tap.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day and reach most cities in two to four working days.
Delivery is free when you pay online. If you choose cash on delivery, a flat Rs 225 delivery charge is added at checkout.
What if they arrive faulty?
Check the earbuds as soon as they arrive. If they do not work or turn up damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace them or refund you in full, and we cover the return postage.
Beyond those 7 days we cannot take an item back, so please test them on the day the parcel reaches you.
