Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

Most addresses in Pakistan receive their parcel two to four working days after dispatch. Remote areas can take longer.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders paid online by card, bank transfer, or wallet.

Cash on delivery carries a flat delivery charge of Rs 225. It is added at checkout and paid to the rider along with the order amount.

Tracking

We email a tracking number once the courier collects your parcel.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address and phone number before placing the order. If the courier cannot reach you and the parcel comes back to us, the delivery charge is not refunded.
